Locations: Soul Yoga Downtown & Soul Yoga Five Forks
NOTE: This position requires prior experience in Retail Sales and Retail Inventory Management
JOB SUMMARY
The number one priority is to be of service and to form connections with new and existing clients. They must strive to promote and form long-lasting memberships with clients and work to retain them, as well as collect feedback and data on how we can improve our offerings to continuously meet our clients’ needs and demands. Sales experience is required.
This position will involve all facets of the retail buying experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order retail
- Manage retail budget set by Ownership
- Manage retail inventory levels
- Manage dead stock and aged inventory
- Order weekly or as needed with input from studio GM on what our member base is looking for
- Organize retail sales via monthly action plan calendar
- Market new merchandise weekly on social media pages – coordinate with Social Media team
- Manage weekly inventory rotation on sales floor
- Train studio staff on new products
- Train studio staff on sales and promotions
- Cultivate new vendor relationships
